I ship all my prints worldwide! Shipping & Handling rates for all print options are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method.

USA Domestic shipping of prints can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on location.

​

International shipping of prints can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. My company is not responsible for this.

Local original artwork orders made from St. John and St. Thomas, USVI

I offer either local hand delivery to St. Thomas and St. John clients, or USPS priority mail shipping to all USVI customers.

Local hand delivery of all original artworks is FREE for local St. Thomas & St. John customers, no matter the size of the piece. Your painting will be carefully wrapped and hand delivered to our agreed pickup destination free of charge in 1-5 business days.

If you are located in St. Croix or would prefer to receive your package in the mail, please select USPS priority mail at checkout!

Please note - this offer only applies to original artworks and does not include print orders, as prints are shipped from a print-on-demand provider in the USA.

Domestic and international shipping rates of all original artworks that are sized 24x36 inches and below are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method.

Domestic USA & international original artwork orders sized above 24x36 inches

For original paintings larger than 24x36inches, your shipping method and shipping cost will need to be determined after your order has been made. I will contact you via email to discuss different shipping options and price quotes to determine which option is the best fit for you. Shipping time will vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose. After we have come to a decision, you will be sent a separate bill for the shipping, and I will send your painting wrapped with the utmost care. If in the end you decide shipping costs are too high, I will provide a full refund!

Local ST. Thomas and St. John hand delivery: 1-5 business days after purchasing.

Domestic USA USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days

​

Domestic USA USPS Priority Mail Express: 2-3 business days

​

International USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 business days.

​

International USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-3 business days

Returns & Damaged goods:

All my prints are sent through a third party provider. If in the unlikely case you receive a print that has been damaged or misprinted, please send an email to preabhandariart@gmail.com with photo evidence. I will happily replace the print free of charge and send you a new one immediately!

With original paintings, I wrap all my artwork with extreme care, so damage of an original painting is highly unlikely. However, if you receive a piece of original art that has been damaged, please send photo evidence to preabhandariart@gmail.com. After assessing the damage, I will offer one of the following options:

 

• Have you send the piece back to me so I can repair it, free of charge.

• Redo the painting for you free of charge. (please note, the replacement painting will never be exactly the same as the original, especially if it is an abstract acrylic pour painting).

• Provide you with a full refund.
